OUR POLICIES

• We undertake to operate a policy of transparency. We seek to verify claims made in visa applications and not support applications where we believe false claims have been made or false documents presented with applications.
• We will respect and protect the confidentiality of any personal or commercially sensitive information that may be contained or inferred in an application nor divulge any information without consent to a third party not directly involved in the application process.
• Whilst we are not required to be regulated we aim to operate within industry standards used in the UK and to insist on contracts with clear terms of conditions to the benefit of all parties.
• We will not be held responsible for any false statements made or false documents provided by an applicant nor for the actions of the outsource agents or Embassy officials.
• Our consultation fees are non refundable and do not include Embassy fees.
